The Greeks used the skies to measure latitude, which is why the Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn were named after the constellations where the sun was at its highest point in each solstice. This region receives more direct sunlight than any other, making it the hottest, wettest and most suitable home to the most delicious fruits in the world. Our Process
Brewed with pale malt base topped with 3 varieties of oats to lend a soft and pillowy mouthfeel to the beer and a uniform haze. Our unique blend of minerals added to brewing water further cushions the heavy hop charge of 23.5kg in every batch. Amarillo, Citra and Galaxy hops were added in hopstand and dry hopping stage, lending dominant tropical flavours of pineapple, peach, passionfruit and grapefruit.
